Assistant Director of Communications

PURPOSE

The Rural Dynamics, Inc. (RDI) Public Relations Program Manager will work cohesively with the team to facilitate the growth of RDI Communications to further our work in helping youth, individuals and families achieve economic independence.

• Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Have an understanding of the nonprofit service sector.
• Must be bondable.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high degree of professional integrity.
• Ability to motivate and work with others to meet performance measures.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Experience in building strong community relationships.
• Prefer advanced computer skills which may include Microsoft products, Adobe Suite, and web development experience.  
• All other duties assigned by management.
• Ability to travel frequently overnight.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
